Mens Mental Health Week Saturday 14th Events

Saturday 14th June — Two Events Honouring Men’s Mental Health & Father’s Day

In celebration of Men’s Health Week Ireland 2025 and Father’s Day, I’m hosting two unique wellness experiences designed to support men’s mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. This year’s theme is “Creating a Healthier Future for Men” — and these events aim to do just that.

1. Father’s Day Wellness Morning

🕤 9:30–11:00 AM
📍 Ballyhaise Community Centre

This gentle and grounding morning is for any man ready to take time for himself — to reset, breathe, and reconnect.

What to expect:

  • Movement to warm up the body

  • Guided Soma Breathwork

  • Coffee, tea & wholesome treats

  • A calm, supportive space for connection

💡 Why Soma Breathwork?
Soma Breath trains the body to use oxygen more efficiently — helping to boost energy, stamina, and performance while calming the nervous system and reducing stress. It supports:

  • Better endurance and faster recovery

  • Mental clarity and emotional balance

  • A stronger, more resilient nervous system

Whether you’re attending for yourself or gifting it to a father, brother, friend, or son — this is a powerful way to honour the men in your life.

2. Shoulder-to-Shoulder: A Men’s Health Week Special (in collaboration with Livelagom Sauna)

🕖 7:00 PM onward
📍 Erica’s Fairy Forest

An evening to release, recharge, and reconnect in nature.

The flow:

  • 7:00 PM – Breathwork by the river

  • 8:00 PM – Sauna & cold plunge session with Livelagom Sauna

This session is all about presence, not pressure — no need to talk, just breathe, sweat, plunge, and feel what it means to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with other men.

Perfect for those seeking grounded connection, nervous system regulation, and a return to simplicity through breath, heat, and wild water.

Limited spaces for both events — booking essential.

Let’s create space for men to feel better, live longer, and connect more deeply — with themselves and each other.
