Ballyhaise Breathwork Series – 3-Week Class Blocks May and June.

Join us for a nurturing three-week breathwork and wellness classes at Ballyhaise Community Centre — a space to reconnect, release and realign with yourself.

🗓 Block One:

  • Thursday 8th May

  • Thursday 15th May
    🕡 Time: 6:30 – 7:30 PM

🗓 Block Two:

  • Wednesday 5th June

  • Wednesday 12th June

  • Wednesday 19th June
    🕡 Time: 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Each session blends gentle movement, guided meditation, and powerful breathwork to help calm your mind, open your heart, and elevate your spirit.

✨ What to Expect:
Each week will build on the last, with a running theme woven throughout, and a new breathwork journey in each class.

You’ll also take away a simple breathwork technique you can use at home anytime — like the “Breath of Joy” from our intro class!
